Goa is one of the best holiday destinations in India. The enchanting beaches, sparkling nightlife, and mouth-watering sea food precisely define the life in Goa. It’s been a while since !went for an outing with my friends, so they constantly pulled my legs for avoiding them. Last week, I gave in to their requests and agreed for a trip to Goa. We researched about various Goa attractions and short-listed the best of them. Since we didn’t want to take chances about accommodation, so researching about hotels in Goa became a necessity. After spending some time on the research, we finalized at Goa Taj Holiday Village Resort & Spa for our stay. I particularly chose this hotel because it offers a wide range of features.
This hotel offers pinnacle level quality comfort and service to the guests. The serene ambiance around this hotel ensures a stress-free stay. It is situated at a close distance to Majorda Beach, which is one of the most popular beaches in Goa. During our stay in Goa, we spent some time on this beach too.
Journey & Location
We left Mumbai for Goa by noon and presumed that we’d be reaching our desired destination by late evening. But, there was something else in the store for us. The tire of our car got damaged, so we reached the hotel by late night, but to our surprize, its front desk was still there to receive us. We later got to know it has got a 24-hour front desk. The free parking feature acted like the cherry on the cake.
This hotel is situated approximately 5 miles from Margao Railway Station and just 35-minutes’ drive from the Dabolim Airport. We truly loved its close proximity to airport and railway station because it ensured that people from different part of states could easily reach here.
Guest Room Amenities and Comfort Facilities
After our 3-day stay at Goa Taj Holiday Village Resort & Spa, we believe that it is one of the best hotels in Goa. The deluxe AC rooms offered to guests are ideal for sending a comfortable and luxurious stay. Equipped with air-conditioning, color television, telephone, and coffee/ tea maker, the rooms of this hotel would give even the best hotels in the world run for their money. Private bathrooms come with a bathtub and shower options. Beautifully designed rooms with contemporary styling made us fall in love with this hotel.
I always believed that Goa was about beaches and churches, but on my visit to this place, all my post assumptions failed miserably. It’s amazing to know that approximately 20% of Goa is covered with Wildlife Sanctuaries and yet hardly anyone talks about them. These sanctuaries are open all round the year, but the best time to visit Goa is from October to March. Bhagwan Mahvir and Cortigao are two major sanctuaries in Goa. Apart from visiting these national parks, we also visited Doodhsagar waterfalls, which enhanced the overall experience. I will remember this trip primarily for the great customer service of Goa Taj Holiday Village Resort 8 Spa hotel and the time spent with friends.
